Jobs for Families Package 1st July 2018.

Childcare Subsidy Payments are available to eligible families for the care provided at our services.

Information about Jobs for Families Package and new  CHILDCARE SUBSIDY (CCS) RATES APPLICABLE from the 2nd July 2018

The new CCSS Changes from the 2/7/18 include the Ceased Status of a CCS Enrolment when:

  • There are no submitted attendances for the child for 8 weeks for the Service
  • There are 8 weeks of continual absences being submitted for the child for the Service

The CCS Enrolment will become CEASED.

When the child returns to care the Ceased enrolment will need to be re-activated and the Guardian will be prompted to confirm via the MyGov that their child has re-commenced care at the Service to allow any entitlements to be applied to the Account.

We are a NO NUT service. This is because we have children and staff who have Anaphylactic reactions to these foods.
Our Food Policy excludes any food of any sort being brought into the Service.
All the meals we serve are created by our own staff in the kitchen at the school or at Sutherland Street Childcare kitchen.
During School Term: we offer Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Late Snack.
During School Holidays: we offer Breakfast, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Late Snack.

Children with food intolerances and allergies are catered for where possible- please discuss with staff when making a booking.

Any child with a FOOD ALLERGY must provide an ALLERGY MANAGEMENT PLAN before attending our service for the first time.

Yes. If your child has a permanent booking for Out of School Hours Care on a day on which a Public Holiday falls, the family will be charged the normal fee. However,  where possible, we do offer a swap day within the same week if there is space available on the day chosen as a replacement day.

Centrepay is a bill paying service, free for Centrelink customers, through which deductions can be made from a customer’s payment directly to our Business.
